To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It should be free of fragrance, makeup stains and/or deodorant stains. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary. Gift cards are non-refundable. The return of products to us that are not purchased from our store will be immediately discarded.
You will have 14 days after receiving your items to ship your items back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card which can be used immediately.
In the rare case you receive a defective item or wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If we don't have the requested item in stock, you will be refunded the full amount of the item including the return shipping cost. If UPS ground or FedEx ground is used, the full shipping cost will be reimbursed. If Overnight, Priority, 2 day, or 3 day services is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the amount you spent. Please include all original packaging and tags and attach a brief note explaining the defect, or indicate on your receipt the item shipped in error. Merchandise must be in unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It should be free of fragrance, makeup stains and/or deodorant stains.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items that end in 99c cannot be returned.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, an e-gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send an e-gift card to the gift giver. He/she will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from original order are non-refundable. An e-gift card will be issued for the purchase price of the item not including shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
